What is Email Marketing?

It’s the easy, effective, and affordable way to keep your audience coming back!

Email marketing helps you keep customers and prospects coming back—by using attractive, professional-looking email communications to stay in regular touch with them and build strong customer relationships. It’s better and more effective than regular email.

  • Boost customer communication
  • Email newsletters are fast and inexpensive to create. So you can send them more regularly than paper ones. And email marketing puts you in customers’ in-boxes more accurately than regular email. So you’ll avoid spam filters and be seen by more people. And you’ll stay top of mind with people who want to hear from you.

  • Talk to them with targeting
  • Want to increase the impact of your email newsletters? Segment your database and create smaller customer lists based on their interests. Then send more relevant and targeted messages to them. They’ll be more likely to respond – and more likely to act on your emails.

  • Get more referrals, more easily
  • Email newsletters are easy to forward to other people. So your loyal customers can give their friends – new prospects for you – a risk-free peek at your business or organization. It’s easy for these prospects to sign up for your mailing list when you put our “Join My Mailing List” button on your web site. And through regular communication, you’ll turn those interested prospects into additional loyal customers.

  • Get immediate response and action
  • It’s quick to send emails, and it’s quick to see results with real-time reports. You can even schedule email delivery for when your audience is most likely to check email, so you’ll increase the likelihood they’ll read it and take action.

  • Track who reads and responds
  • See who opened your emails, who forwarded them to friends, and even who you need to resend them to. You can also tell who clicked on which links in your emails, allowing you to understand what people are interested in reading about, and tailor your content to get the best response and most business.

  • Save on paper and postage
Constant Contact Email Marketing is affordable for any small business budget — prices start as low as $15/month! You can send as many permission-based email newsletters as you want. It’s still the same low price. There’s nothing to print, no stamps to buy, no envelopes to stuff, and no paper cuts.

Our Charges

  2. Like all service organizations our invoices are based on the time we invest in a project. Currently we bill our time about 10% under what other firms of our quality and experience normally charge.
  3. red square list
  4. Project costs range from a low of a couple hundred dollars up to tens of thousands, depending on our clients' needs and budgets.
  5. red square list
  6. We always provide a detailed proposal and estimate for approval before starting. We adhere to our estimates unless project specifications change.
Laying The Foundation

  2. The first thing we do after being assigned a project is schedule information-gathering meetings between our creative team and your key staff.

  4. We are interested not only in scheduling, budget and job specifications, but also in your preferences, target audience, and objectives. And, of course, we will want to know all the user features and benefits of the product. Although this process can be somewhat time-consuming it will help you sharpen your focus and objectives, and it will help us ensure that what we produce is not only creatively excellent, but strategically targeted.
Developing The Right Ideas
  1. red square list
  2. Despite popular misconceptions, good creative work doesn't often come in a flash of inspiration; usually it comes from lots of trial and error. This is why we also need to take the time to consider several approaches ( concepts ), work them through, try them out. Then revise them. In addition, there are usually some practical and functional ends we need to tie up before submitting our ideas sub contractor availability, printing estimates, scheduling requirements, etc.

  4. It's our experience that it is best if we first present our rough concepts to convey what we believe is the best approach to take, after taking into consideration our budget, schedule, objectives, and preferences. They may not be fully developed in order to save time and effort if we need a different course of action. After presenting, we'll ask for comments. The more objective and specific you can be, the better we will be able to respond.

  6. Comments are our input for revising the rough concepts into a finished one. Revision normally takes us about a week, and we schedule a second presentation shortly there-after. From the input at this second presentation meeting further minor refinements are made as necessary. We also finalize the production timetable, and the schedule a target completion date.
Ensuring Your Satisfaction

  2. We recommend the finished project be routed to the appropriate decision makers for fact and detail checking only, reserving stylistic and subjective decisions to your project manager.

  4. During the course of the project we will keep your project manager informed of our progress. Activities that will affect the schedule or budget are identified in writing. Our goal is to keep your project moving ahead quickly, smoothly, and cost effectively; to make sure that we'll produce even better results than you expected.
